Impact

Beyond clinical practice — building education, awareness and healthcare systems that create lasting change for patients, doctors and communities.

Patient Education

Most ENT conditions are misunderstood, under-treated or managed symptomatically for years before reaching a specialist. The impact here starts with education — helping patients understand their airway, their allergy triggers, their sleep patterns, and what structured ENT care actually looks like. Through YouTube, written content and in-clinic guidance, the goal is to raise the standard of patient knowledge and decision-making across India.

The YouTube channel @TheENTSurgeons focuses on evidence-based content for patients dealing with allergic rhinitis, nasal obstruction, snoring, sleep-disordered breathing, tinnitus and hearing health — in both English and Hindi. The aim is to make specialist-level knowledge accessible to anyone, anywhere.

Medical Education

Teaching ENT to medical students and junior doctors — both in clinical settings and through structured online content. The goal is to raise the standard of ENT knowledge and practice across the next generation of doctors in India.

Clinical teaching covers structured ENT assessment, allergy workup, airway evaluation, endoscopic technique and evidence-based management — with an emphasis on practical, systems-based thinking that translates directly to better patient outcomes.

Healthcare Innovation & Systems Thinking

With a background in clinical medicine and management from IIM Bangalore, the work here extends into healthcare systems design, doctor entrepreneurship, and building scalable models that bring structured, evidence-based ENT care to more patients. The long-term vision is a healthcare ecosystem — not just a clinic.
