🫁 Nasal & Breathing Symptoms

Core ENT-allergy indicators — most directly linked to allergic rhinitis, nasal obstruction and airway disease

Blocked nose — one or both sides, worse in mornings or at nightNasal obstruction is the cardinal symptom of rhinitis and structural nasal disease

Frequent sneezing — especially in the morning, with dust, or on wakingMorning sneezing bouts are a hallmark of allergic rhinitis

Runny nose — watery or clear dischargeWatery rhinorrhoea is characteristic of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis

Family history of allergy, asthma, hay fever or eczema in parents or siblingsAtopy has strong heritability — family history raises pre-test probability significantly
